Temperatures are set to soar this week with Monday and Tuesday forecast to be well over 30 degrees.
With these extremes, please ensure that you exercise responsibly and if you are coming to the Club on these very hot days then just a gentle reminder to keep hydrated and drink plenty of fluids. Try to drink fluids proactively, before you are thirsty. Our water cooler is located in the Gym, near the spiral staircase or just ask to have your water bottle filled at the Café.
Know your medical limits as some pre existing conditions such as blood pressure, diabetes or heart problems, may affect your ability to exercise in higher temperatures.
Finally, the air conditioning will be on in the Gym and the Studio throughout the day but if you need to cool down or rest after working out or taking part in one of our classes then the Café will be open as normal.
