New Class TIme for Indoor Cycling on Tuesdays!!

With immediate effect, Harrison’s Indoor Cycling class will now be at 5.30pm every Tuesday.

HEALTH CLUB OPENING HOURS

Monday to Friday:
7.30am to 8.00pm

Saturday & Sunday:
Gym: 8.00am to 3.00pm
Pool: 8.00am to 4.00pm
