Choosing the right way to exercise is important; so if you are coming to a gym for the first time or after a long absence; whatever your goal, our friendly, approachable instructors are always available to help, support, motivate and encourage you to achieve your personal goals and objectives.  

If you are recovering from a long illness, an injury or a condition for which your Doctor has prescribed ‘exercise’ as a key aide to recovery; then we can offer guidance and advice from our, in-house Level 3 qualified Exercise for Referral instructor, Harrison. For more information click here

We offer all our members a FREE Gym Induction if you need any help and guidance to get the most out of the 50 stations that we have in our 4 Zone Gym.

personal fitness programme: 

We offer a FREE 4 Step Personal Programme to all members, who join us for 1 month or more and you can book your consultation with one of our fitness team when you join or at a time that is suitable for you.  To ensure that we can provide a fully tailored programme that is right for you, we will understand your specific fitness and health objectives then you will be asked to complete a number of short exercises and complete a full body composition analysis.  After 4 weeks, you will be contacted to review your starting objectives and complete a new fitness and body composition analysis. 

As part of our Personal Fitness Programme, there is also the option to book a FREE 60 min PT session with our inhouse Personal Trainer to start your plan in the right way.

As we all know, physical activity can play an important role in the prevention and management of certain health conditions so we are pleased to be able to offer an exercise referral scheme for all our members. This is a great way for those with long term health conditions to increase their physical activity levels and improve their overall health.

Harrison, one of our fitness instructors is Level 3 qualified in the GP Active Exercise Referral Scheme and specialises in working with medical conditions such as:

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Joint replacement
  • Obesity
  • Lower back pain
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
